Our standard rate for our off-site service. Minimum 15 minutes. Additional time spent is charged in 15 minute intervals. We offer this as an add-on to our on-site service when certain tasks are needed to run for an extended period of time.
REMOTE SUPPORT RATE
Remote Support Service
Our standard rate for our remote support. Minimum 30 minute session. Additional time spent is charged in 30 minute sessions. We offer this as a support service for software related issues, training and general user support.
We have the minimum appointment so we don't have to charge callout fees.
What if the repair takes less than an hour?
If the work requested is completed in less than the time allocated, we will offer some of our other services that we believe to be of value to you.
What if the repair takes longer than an hour?
If for any reason the repair looks like it is going to take longer than the allocated time, we will alert you to this as early as possible and discuss the options before we proceed.
What if my computer can't be fixed?
Sometimes, it's just not economical to repair some older or difficult to source hardware. When this happens we can assist with alternative solutions and advise to replace the computer. We can also use the time to backup your data and schedule a return appointment to help setup your new computer and restore your files.
